1.1. The Seller

– Acoustic furniture – Acoustic Technologies SIA, company established and operating in accordance with laws of the Republic of Latvia, registration number 40203469755, registered office address Valnu street 10-13, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia, Republic of Latvia.

1.2. The Buyer

– person purchasing goods and services at the Store or using the Store. The Buyer/Consumer shall be a natural person at least 18 years old, who plans to purchase goods or services from Acoustic furniture for personal family or household needs, for purposes unrelated to business or occupation. The Buyer/Entrepreneur shall be a natural or legal person, who plans to purchase goods or services from Acoustic furniture for business or occupation-related purposes. The Buyer, who is a legal person, shall act through his authorised representative registered at the Store in accordance with the established procedure.

1.3. The store

– an electronic Acoustic furniture store accessible online at www.acousticfurniture.com .

1.4. Purchase and Sale Agreement

– agreement on the purchase and sale of goods concluded by the Buyer and the Seller in accordance with the Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods of the Store.

1.5. Goods Issue Department

– points of issue (pick-up) of goods owned by Acoustic furniture and located at: Zigfrida Annas Meierovica 12, LV-1050, Riga, Latvia

1.6. The Rules

– these rules on distant purchase and sale of goods laying down the rights and duties of the Buyer and the Seller, conditions of purchase of goods and services offered by the Seller and the terms of payment thereof, procedure of delivery and return of goods and services, liability of the Parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods and services at the Store.

  1. Pre-Order price and Payment

2.1. The prices of the Products in the Pre-order are indicated in euros with the included value added tax.

2.2. The Pre-Order price of the Product is provided at the Pre-Order landing page and during the checkout phase (“Pre-Order Price”). You will be charged the full Pre-Order Price of the Product at the time of placing the Pre-Order.

2.3. We accept payment by credit card via acousticfurniture.com platform as the method of payment.

2.4. We will not pay you any interest for your Pre-Order Price and the amount will not be retained on a separate or blocked account. It is not possible to transfer your reservation to another party without the written consent of Acoustic furniture.

2.5 The estimated final price of the Product provided at the time of the Pre-Order shall be subject to change with notice and may be different depending on your choice of options at the time of purchase.

2.6. In addition, you will be responsible for payment of shipping costs of the Product, which shall be specified at the time of purchase, as well as for payment of any additional fees and charges, such as VAT tax on other services costs, import duties, transfer fees and other governmental charges, if applicable.

  1. Delivery

3.1.    Goods shall be delivered in all abroad. The possible methods of delivery of goods shall be presented to the Buyer after he/she forms his/her shopping cart and enters his/her delivery address.

3.2.    Delivery of goods shall be a paid service.

3.3.    Where the Buyer chooses a delivery service, the delivery price shall be displayed to the Buyer at the end of the ordering process, before choosing the payment method and/or making the payment. The price of delivery of goods shall be paid in advance, along with the payment for goods.

3.4. When accepting goods, the Buyer shall check the condition of the parcel. In case of any visible damage to the packaging of the parcel, the Buyer shall mark this in the delivery confirmation form or the forms presented to him/her by the delivery person. In such a case goods shall be considered delivered in a damaged packaging, shall be considered as carried out properly.

3.5. If the goods are received in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [your email] with a detailed description and photographic evidence of the damage. We will investigate the issue and, if the damage is confirmed to be due to shipping or manufacturing defects, we will offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate. The damaged goods must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that claims for damages due to improper handling or installation by the customer are not covered under this policy.

3.6. The Buyer, who at the time of ordering the goods has chosen the option to pick up goods him/herself, shall also accept the goods from the Seller him/herself. When handing over the goods, the Buyer may be asked to provide an identity document and/or the information regarding the order sent to him/her by the Seller.

  1. Pre-Order cancellation

4.1. You have the rights to cancel your Pre-Order 14 days after placing the order without giving a reason. In this case, you will receive a 90% refund of the Pre-Order Price.

Returning goods

If you decide to return your purchased goods, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason. To initiate a return, send us an email to info@acousticfurniture.com with your withdrawal request. Upon successful return of the furniture, which must be in its original condition, we will refund your purchase price and the cost of standard delivery. Please note, if you initially chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery, we will only refund the cost equivalent to our standard shipping rate. The cost of returning the furniture is borne by you, the customer.
